What Information We Collect

When you connect your social accounts, Mingle may collect limited data through each platform’s official API. The information varies depending on the platform:

Facebook
 Mingle allows you to connect your Facebook account using the SAPIG app. Through this connection, details such as display name, username, page or profile ID, and access tokens for your account or managed pages may be accessed. This data is used only to let you schedule and publish posts from Mingle to Facebook. The data flows directly to your environment and is never stored on our servers.

  • User Data Deletion:

Since all data is stored directly on your own website, you have full control and responsibility over it. We are unable to delete this information automatically because we do not have access to your site. Therefore, if you wish to remove any connected social accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, or Threads, you’ll need to log in to your website, navigate to Mingle → Settings → Facebook/Instagram/Threads, click the Delete button, and the selected account, along with its related data will be removed.

Google My Business
 When you connect your Google My Business account through the WPWeb SAP GMB app, Mingle may access your business name, profile ID, and the posts you create. This access exists only to allow publishing and scheduling updates from Mingle directly to your Google Business profile. The data is passed to your environment and is not stored on our servers.

LinkedIn
 Mingle allows you to connect your LinkedIn account using the SAP and Mingle app. Once connected, the script may retrieve information about your profile or company page. This is only used so you can share and schedule posts from Mingle to LinkedIn. All data is sent directly to your environment and never saved on our servers.

Reddit
 By connecting your Reddit account with the Mingle_APP app, Mingle may access your account username and posts you upload. This data is needed only to publish and schedule posts from Mingle to Reddit. The information flows directly to your environment and is never stored on our servers.

Tumblr
 When you connect your Tumblr account using the WPWeb Mingle Tumblr app, Mingle may access your blog information and posts you choose to add. This is done only to enable publishing and scheduling from Mingle to Tumblr. The data is delivered directly to your environment without being stored on our servers.

How We Use Your Information

The information collected through APIs is used only to:

  • Authenticate your connected accounts
  • Schedule and publish the content you create inside Mingle

We do not use this data for any other purpose beyond providing the core functionality of the script.

Opt-Out and Revocation Procedures

You have full control over your accounts at all times. If you remove or disconnect an account from Mingle, all associated data stored in your environment will be deleted. If you uninstall or stop using the script, all data related to your connected accounts will also be removed.
